Do not sign anything that is not right, get everything in writing, and do not trust them. If you have problems, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, file a complaint with your insurance company, and write as many reviews as you can, post to this site, and contact the Dental board of Florida. They are not returning my calls even though I was told they would be returned. This misrepresentation must stop.
